TDF has operated informally for some time now before being registered. On both sides, before registration, finances have come from individual contributions; and after registration, the finances have been coming through contributions from members of the Board of trustees, and from willing local donors. These have not been regular and yet the expenses of TDF have expanded due to the widening scope of activities of the organization in the areas of support for educational pursuit of orphans, support for skills acquisition training for widows and the less privileged, and also the little grant of take-off funds, materials and equipment for the trainees. The number of beneficiaries has continued to increase. For this reason, the organization is willing to partner with donors and other individuals who share the same mission.
Our Financial Policy is as follows:
All contributions and donations to this non-profit will be cheerily accepted and properly documented. Reports on the expenditure will be rendered bi-annually. TDF will ensure that the donors' requests are met, however, we shall not accept donations that are restricted. We prioritize the expenditure of our funds.
